Real-time GPS location coordinates of dispatch riders and waybill route tracking events.
IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and system access logs when using our platform or API.

- Logistics Execution: Scheduling pickups, sorting consignments, routing dispatch riders, and delivering parcels to recipient addresses.
- Doorstep OTP Verification: Generating and sending One-Time Password (OTP) codes via SMS/WhatsApp to validate doorstep delivery handovers.
- Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Remittance: Verifying merchant bank details and transferring collected COD funds automatically within 24 hours.
- Real-Time Tracking Alerts: Sending SMS, email, or WhatsApp tracking notifications regarding waybill status updates (`In-Transit`, `Out for Delivery`, `Delivered`).
- Customer Support & Dispute Resolution: Investigating lost packages, handling insurance claims, and resolving merchant queries.
- Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Fulfilling tax reporting, anti-fraud verifications, and NIPOST Courier Regulatory Department (CRD) audit requirements.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (Under NDPA 2023)
We process your personal data under the following recognized legal grounds:
- Performance of a Contract: Necessary to fulfill our courier agreement and deliver your packages.

6. Data Security & Encryption Standards

- Waybill & Transaction Records: Retained for 7 years to comply with Nigerian corporate tax laws and statutory postal auditing regulations.
- Account Registration Identifiers: Retained for the duration of your active merchant or customer relationship.
- Temporary Tracking Logs: Telemetry logs are archived or anonymized after delivery completion.
